How wide of a tire....

I have a 2005 Ford F150. This week it goes to the shop to get a 6" BDS suspension kit. I am ordering the rims and tires online and I dont want to run into any problems when it comes time to mount them. I want to run a 35-37" tire on a 20" rim. How wide of a tire can I get away with if the rim is 20x10, 6 on 135 / Bolt Pattern; Back Spacing = 5.03 in.; Offset = -12 mm.; Hub Bore = 87.1; ? Thanks for the help

I wouldn't go wider than a 13.50 inch wide tire. If you stick with a 35 inch tall tire you should be fine with a 13.00 inch (325mm) or 13.50 inch wide tire.

I was kind of interested in the Super Swamper TSL Bogger, 37/13-17LT. I found a good deal on them but they only come in 17" rim sizes for the 37" tire size, so if I get the smaller rim (17x10 vs. 20x10 model) I can still get 37" tires. The website says the tire diameter is 36.8" in reality. Will this fit with only a 6" BDS suspension lift? I dont want to be stuck with 5 tires that dont fit.

if you want your truck to sound like an airplane and are ready to buy new tires in 10k miles, then go get your boggers.

plus if you rub with boggers, thats no good. the aggressive huge side lugs can do some damage. DONT GET THEM.

the most aggressive tire i would consider is the Nitto MGs. but even those are pretty loud....

My friend has the Nitto Mud Grap's on his F350 and they def look sweet. Yeah they are kind of on the loud side, but I don't find them any more or less annoying then the constant drone you get with say loud flowmasters.
