tire/lift ques.

I currently have a 6" procomp on my truck and I wanted to get some bigger tires hopefully around March so I wanted to add AS and an add a leaf to the truck to get an extra 2" so I would be able to run 37's. I was thinking of going with the new BFG KM2's so that tire would be 37x12.50x20. Do you think I would have to do any trimming or do you all see any other issue's about me doing this. Thanks

Hash, you know I've been running 33's for almost a year now with my 6" lift. Well I just sold them. I ordered my 37's yesterday... I'll be putting my spacer back on this weekend. The 37's want be here until Tuesday. I'll let you know how it turns out.

O, I went with mud gapplers, even with everyone telling me no. The truck isn't my daily driver it's just my toy.

All the haters can call me little Josiah, but I have loved that guys truck from the start.

If you have the standard Pro Comp lift, I would not stack an Autospring spacer on top of it. I'd go with the adjustable coilovers or maybe add half of a Daystar leveling kit (the part that goes on top of the spring itself).

DJH1121. Congrats on the new tires I cant wait to see the outcome. Keep me informed about the finish product to see if everything came out okay when you put your spacer back in.

Wandell I was thinking of going with the Daystar 2.5 kit but why would you recommend on the top half of the kit. Would that portion give me the clearance that I need to clear the 37's.

Thanks guys

I wouldn't stack a spacer on top with the Pro Comp 6 inch spacer. You may be able to fit 37's now, depending on the specs of your wheels. If you have a wide wheel or one with shallow backspacing (or a combo of the two), I'd suggest a 3 inch Performance Accessories body lift.
