I believe it is for real. Do a search on powdercoating rims and you should find the thread. I have seen powdercoated FX4 rims on ebay too.....

I was wondering how you balanced them as i dont see any weights on the outside. i want to get mine done but i have real knobby tires that take alot of weights to balance.
