Grinding Only When brakes applied after a Wheel Swap HELP!

We have a 00' and we did tire/rim swap out with a 01' super crew. Anyway after the swap there is a grind coming from the tires/brakes, when the brakes are applied. It is fine when driving, we jacked up both ends and spun the tires no grinding???? Anyone Know What this is? For now we switched back!

They are both Stock F150rims 16" they both are 4X2

yes they are two diferent Rims (thats why I wanted to Swap, Nicer looking Wheels) And didnt see No signs of Wear or Rubbing on the Rims!??!?!?!?!?

ANY help would be great Thanks!

The only diference we noticed is the Lug size is Bigger on the 01' truck!

The bolt holes are larger on his wheels correct? Even though both wheels are hubcentric if the wheel studs are larger diameter on his wheels then there is going to be side to side movement in the lug hole so centering the wheel may be difficult.

Right. You need to use lugnuts for your year model truck.
