lug pattern on a 85 f150

It's a 5 lug bolt pattern but i have no idea by what. Another question I have. I want some fairly cheap wheels american eagle maybe, They have to be able to fit 33's i dont know exactly how wide the tire should be though and how wide the rims should be. I'm oblivous when it comes to this truck thing, i've only ever owned cars. All newer cars too that are a pain to work on so nice having this i can literally pop the hood and climb into the engine compartment.

cool thank you much. One more question. What do i do about my lock in hubs? I guess the wheels made for it a 5x5.5 will all have enough room for that hub? Then i just leave the centercap off to access it i guess?

Back when I bought aftermarket wheels for my older trucks, they had a chrome sleeve that matched the closed hub for the rear. It looked just like the hub cover for the rear, just open for the 4x4 hub.
