Had some free time today to ponder about my wheels and tires that I am getting in the spring. I was planning on going with the 17X8 Helo Maxx6 with the 4.25 backspacing, and the 295 70 17 terra grapplers. (with a daystar level of course). Recently I have seen some trucks with the 17X8 MB Gunner 6's with 25 mm offsets running the 315 70 17 BFG AT's. I like the pictures I have seen beacuse it makes the truck sit a lot higher than the terra's I was going to get. Any opinions on this setup? I've heard you get more tire wear with this setup. Also which tire and wheel setup would you get?

Do you have a 4x4 or 4x2? Is your truck stock height or lifted?

 

It's a 2004 4x4 XLT, and I am going to put on the Daystar level, and bilstein shocks all around.

i have gunner 5's (there nice!) but not offroad setup, 275 45 20 on a reg cab flairside with a 2"/3" drop

 

TJ You got any photos of your truck. was thinking about that Rim myself at one time. would be cool to see on another truck.
