Will 18x8.5's with 6mm backspacing need a wheel stop?

The reason I ask is because Lightning wheels are 18x9.5 inches wide, and they require Lightning wheel stops to perform correctly on a regular f150 without rubbing. Would I need to buy a set of wheel stops if I bought some 18" x 8.5" wheels? I'm thinking no, since they are 1.5 inches narrower than the L wheels? Any info would be greatly appreciated.

These are the wheels I'm looking at.

Any help is appreciated.

Edit: That's a typo. That's an 18x8.5 wheel, and it's 6mm backspacing. Not 4.5". These wheels have a deep dish.

I don't think you'll have any problems. Also, the 4.5 inch backspacing is probably correct. That is what the OEM 16 and 17 inch wheels have. If they had 6mm backspacing, they would never fit. Almost the entire wheel would be outside the wheelwell.
