I'm putting on a 3" body lift right away on my 2001 F-150. I wanna go with Mickey Thompson 33x13.50x18 on 18x9 pro comp wheels. Will this set up work with a 3" body lift or will I need to do a susp lift to make them fit. What about back spacing? I'll need to stay in the 4 1/2 area to have them not stick out of the fenders.

 

Yes, they will fit. You are right about the backspacing.
