putting 305/70's on my 99 F150

I just bought some 305/70/16 BFG AT KO's and am in the process of ordering some American Racing AR767(black wagon wheels) in 16 x 8 for it. The have 12mm offset and 4.5in of backspacing I believe. My question is, will I have any rubbing issues?? My truck is a 2wd 99 F150 with 3in spindles, 4in blocks, and a 1.5in daystar spacer. Thanks in advance......
