18 rims on 95 truck?
Hi everyone,
I am buying my neighbor's 95 F150 XLT 2WD short bed, with a regular cab. I think(?) it has 15 inch stock chrome rims. Will 18" aftermarket rims and slitely wider radials fit in the fenderwheels without rubbing? I was on some Web tire sites and they sold 15" to 18" ($169 to $269) rims. I am not into the 20s or 22s. I like the low wide look, but I need to know if 18s will clear. I may not even lower the truck. Thanks for this killer F150 site. Newbie Truck owner  |
You can fit 15 to 24 inch wheels on that truck. Tire size is the question. You can't run a 40x15.50-22 for instance.
