Are Nitto terra grapplers good in snow?
 
I've heard BF goodriches are better in snow and slush.............is it true? the 305's i have now might be like being on skii's.....at least that's what the tire guys are telling me. any input would be greatly appreciated

I think that it depends on the load range(what vehicle they are going on). I have a friend that had some BFG AT on his toyota truck and 87 jeep wrangler and in the snow he slid off the road on both vehicles one of them was at a stop sign at an angle. www.tirerack.com has some review on it as well. Some people SWEAR by them and others would not recommend to anyone. I believe it is due to the load range. They are a nice looking tire. To help answer your question, yes I have read that the terra grapplers perform well in many conditions. I think they told you that;due to the width of your tire :confused: :confused: :(
