Normal brake action?

I just got my 04 SuperCrew back from the dealer for vibration/pulsation on the brakes. They replaced the front rotors and calipers. Before it went in it braked well but had the pulsation, now it feels like I'm braking with sponges. Anything above 45mph I have to put my foot to the floor to stop the thing, the pedal easily travels the full distance to the floor when I push down on it, there is little to no resistance until it is close to the stops.
Is there a normal wear or break-in period for rotors/calipers in order for them to seat in, de-grease or something? It's sitting in the drive right now and I'm terrified to drive it it feels so bad, dealer service is closed until Monday. Back me up here that this is wrong and I'm not being overly paranoid.

Sounds like they didn't bleed all the air from the lines when they installed your new callipers. Get it back as fast as you can and get them to make it right. That is not normal and could be very dangerous..
Good Luck...
