Bigger Tires

On my 2005 F-350 Crew Cab X Full size Bed it has 275 70 18 and there on 8'' rims What larger size tire can I go up to?

I have seen a couple of stock 2005 Super Duty 4x4's running 35x12.50-18's on the OEM wheels.
