Correct way to remove ABS system?

A switch...and a > 50 Amp rated relay maybe?

My ABS was malfunctioning. I had the computer read and the thing did not even know there was a problem.
I disconnected the ABS (because it was on all the time) and removed the cluster and took out the idiot light behind the ABS on the cluster. I don't even know its not there. One day I may get around to trouble shooting but I too prefer to do my own braking.
Mine is an early 97 and only had rear ABS.

Oh dude it handles so much better in the dirt without the abs i swear abs is more of a hazard trying to stop or control when you're sliding in dirt. And the extra space under the hood makes life so much easier putting shocks in or working on the front end
