My Terra Gapplers need rotating 7000 MILES!!
Checked them the other day and after only 7000 miles they are needing rotating guess that means they are not going to last very long!

Hey im not sure, but i was told that you should rotate your tires everytime you get your oil changed. I have BFG Muds and they are getting worn but they are worn evenly. Thats my suggestion is to rotate them every oil chang or 5000 miles.

I rotate mine at every oil change (6000 miles).

Rotate
I rotate mine every 4k to 5k, and even the owners manual states eveery 5k. Also your tires will last alot longer!
Only my 2 cents David |
Rotate mine every oil change 3 or 4k miles, 305/45/22, .....I think any tire would wear excessively if you ran it for 7000 miles without rotation....that tire should last you a while
|
rotate mine every 3000 miles (its a bitch to they weigh like a 100 pounds a peice)
|
id check the air pressure, that will make em wear out pretty fast
|
I was told that Terra Graplers are a soft tire too, that will wear them out faster as well.
|
Ive actually got 3500 on this set and it looks good. Discount tire gave me free rotation and balancing when I bought them there so Ill run it in when I hit 5000.

With my 95 Bronco, I rotated the 33 X 12.50 Goodyear MTR's every 3000-3500 miles. They were wearing great, I put 18,000 miles on them before I traded the truck in on an Expy.
|
I rotate mine every 5k miles they have 30k mile on them and they are still in good shape.
|
Every other oil change here (6k) and Ive got 27k on the tires and plenty of tread left, no strange wear patterns either.
|
Every oil change! (3k). Just figured it couldnt hurt to rotate as much as possible.
BTW For you guys that change the oil later than 3k what kind of oil are you using? |
