05 Supercrew Wheel Backspacing ?
I have a 2005 XLT 4x4 Supercrew with a Autospring 2" Level Kit and 35x12.50x17 Tires on Stock 17x7.5 Wheels.
I want to upgrade my wheels to a Nice Set of Off Road 17" Wheels. What Backspacing should I go with (17x9?) What Will This do? Make the Wheels extend out over the flares abit more?
Thank You

The stock backspacing is 5 1/2 inches. I'd try to stay as close to that as possible. Most of the 17x9's I've seen have 5 inches of backspacing. The less backspacing you have, the farther your wheels and tires "stick out". So a 9 inch wheel with 5 inches of backspacing will "stick out" 2 inches farther than the OEM 17x7.5 inch wheels.

wandell,
The Problem is I have to order these wheels. Trying them before purchase is not a option. I guess I will Just look for a 05 With 17" Wheels and 35" Tires and Copy the wheel setup.
Here are the only pictures I have of the truck with the Lift and 35's. Its nothing special.
Sorry its so dirty.
