ok, so we've all come to the conclusion that running terra graps. on stock 18 fx4 rims isnt ideal--or particularly safe without purchasing new wheels. so im still doin research and go and look at the Toyo open country mt's- the 33's want a 8.5/9 inch rim width but the 35's will go on an 8" what do you all think about mounting the 35*12.5R18 on stock rims... here im only off .5" as opposed to nitto's 1.5" off.? guess this is my last resort before resigning to the fact that i absolutely need larger wheels.

All I can is that I know that several members here and at FTW have run 12.50 width (315mm) tires on OEM 7.5 inch wide wheels without any problems. That is closer to ideal than running the 325mm tires on them. I personally wouldn't hesitate to run the 35x12.50;s on the OEM wheels.
