17x10 wheels on a 01 f150
howdy folks,
my 01 screw is still sporting the stock suspension. however, i swapped out the front bumper so i have no rubbing issues with my 285/70r17's. however, as i mounted them on the stock 7.5" wheels, i am lusting for wider wheels. i see some hot pro-crushers from weld racing and wonder why the 10" wheels wont fit? my tire dealer says it will work, anyone out there tried this already? tia, jackc... http://www.imageintegration.com/gall...ries/jack6.jpg my first winch job. :) |
The 17x10 will fit.
I have 17 x9 MT's with 33x12.5 procomps with no problem. I wish I would have gone with the 10 instead of the 9 sometimes but you never know until you see it. There are many here who run that same tire on 17x 10 with factory bumper and a bit of trimming. Should be no problem That bumper looks like it provides extra clearance as well. Where did you score that? and are those the factory fog lights? Craig |
If you have a 4x4, they should fit easily.

Where did you score that? reunel(www.reunel.com) and are those the factory fog lights? yes, they offered to remount them so my dash foglight control still works. aim isnt right yet, but i will get to that. thx for your reply... Thanks for link on the bumper
I added a pic to my sig in case you wanted to see the 17x9 |
