Brake Noise?

I have a 2003 Scab, 5.4, 4X4 with 18,000 miles. I don't baby the truck but I have completed all required routine maintenance. Recently I have noticed a rubbing noise coming from the front end. This only occurs when I apply the brakes while turning the steering wheel at low speeds (Under 20 mph.) As I let off the brakes the noise goes away. I have plenty of pad and the noise only occurs as described above, I don't notice this at any other time. Any ideas on what to check will be appreciated.

Nobody out there to help ???

I don't have anything else to add other than that I know it's not tire rub. It seems to be induced by the brakes, and only while turning. For instance, as I slow to turn off the street into my driveway/garage I hear the sound. Like a rubbing, not a brake squeal or grinding. Noise goes away as soon as I let off the brake pedal. Any help would be appreciated. Dealer checked brake system and stated all was well.
