Help with offset, please!!!

98 F-150 Supercab, I'm looking into purchasing some rims. I need the rims to sit behind the wheel well as the car has air ride suspension. Could any of you recommend some details on offset to acheive that, and/or some rims that you know fit? How about a rim with these attributes:

Size: 18X8.5
Bolt Patter: 5-135
Offset: +25MM

Any help is appreciated! Thanks in advance!
Justin.
