Question Brake Booster??????

Does anyone have the tsb numbers for the F250LD brake booster upgrade, or is this just a myth that it will help?
I've talked to some people that have had similar experiences with the rear brakes not working on Dodge 3/4 ton trucks, and they swapped in the 1 ton rear cylinders, and their problems were solved.
I researched this for the F150, and the rear brake cylinders for the F250LD are the same size.
I guess if there are no tsb numbers I will have to adjust the rear brakes every week due to the poor automatic adjustment feature.

I've used the search button, and no numbers found.
Thank you in advance for replys.

I don't have the TSB number, but it is no myth. I have a 98 XLT that I told the dealer the brakes felt weak. They put in the 250 booster...

Question

This is the first I've ever heard of this. Will a booster from any year(97-up)work?
Or do you have to use the same year model? Sounds like a cool upgrade, either way,,,,,98

My dealer told me there was no S.B. for the 2000 model year but there was for the older trucks.
My booster died at 29,000 miles and was replaced under warranty with an "updated, sounded like BS to me" version. No problems since.

Thanks JSCOTT, I will order one this week. I wonder if it's covered under used car warranty? I will check this out too. If not I'll let everyone know when I do the job.

Regards,

Mike
