GOT MY TRUCK BACK FROM THE SHOP AGAIN 3/29/01 OFFICIALLY FOR THE SIXTH TIME IN 15 MONTHS. STILL DOING THE SAME AS BEFORE. CALLED FORD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND REQUESTED THEY START LEMON LAW PAPERWORK ON MY TRUCK BECAUSE I WAS CONTACTING MY ATTORNEY AND SHE WOULD CONTACT THE ATTORNEY GENERAL FOR THE STATE OF LOUISIANA AND SEE IF WE CAN GET MY TRUCK REPLACED. WILL KEEP YOU POSTED ON MY PROGRESS.

Thanks for noticing me!!
My dealer wants to try to see if they can get me a deal that I can agree with to trade me out of mine -- I really hate to lose this truck -- I still think it is the finest vehicle I have ever owned -- and IT CAN BE FIXED-- if Ford would use their brains instead of their diagnostic tool. GOD!! where
has the electronics world gone -- if we trust
the tools to do all of the thinking and reasoning processes. I have been in this field for 33 years - and I hoped it would never come to this!!!
Does anyone remember HAL the computer -- in 2001 SPACE ODDESSY????

Problem is that at the two dealerships I have visited - The technicians/mechanics/dealers really want to fix the truck. Ford will not let them because the diag tools show all is well -- yet they both can sit in the truck and say they can feel the rough idle. Isn't that the pits!!
