Question Lightning Cold Air Box for the Regular F150?

I found out that I could buy the 2001 Lightning Air box with all the tubing plus the 90mm Mass Air Sensor housing for $160. I know I can modify my Airaid intake to accomodate this. Living in Arizona, I think my truck would benefit from this. What do you guys think?
