rough idle

Has anyone else had this issue... my truck has a rough idle when it gets up to normal operating temperature. only problem is that it does this every now and then. i think i have it narrowed to three things, EGR, fuel filter, or coil/plugs. any advice??

Start with cleaning the IAC-it's easy, and the maf then go from there. Are there any codes?

No IAC on that one. Fuel filter and clean the throttle body. What's 152 kms?

About 94,500 miles so a plug change is due IMO.
