5.4 triton engine I need help it won't work when I slam on gas and up hills
 

I have a 2006 f150 5.4 triton v8 and I just had the spark plugs changed and now if I stomp on the gas my truck won't go nowhere and it'll start to shake then if I pull a trailer I hear a whining sound coming from the passenger side I need help because I'm leaving for the military in 2 weeks Pl help me out it's will hit 3400 rpms and at 55mph and will lose power going up hills she is running high on rpms I need help

I had the same problem with mine. It was one of the phasers. and when we ripped it out the passenger side head and Cam was so burnt and it’s from the oil running thin, so my grandfather is a trucking company and with his discount it was cheaper to just get an engine because Ford told me one of the heads is 3300 and then the other one is 18 and then you need the phaser kit. I’m not saying yours is that but I would start looking that direction now my friend had that problem too what he did was, he put a pair of vice grips on the cams and change the phasers that way it’s crazy cause when these motors are running right they’re actually good but design of them suck
