4.9 to 5.0 swap drivability issues

Hello everyone im new to the forums
im having issues with my truck that i recently swapped out the 4.9 to a 5.0 the truck is a 1993 but i used a 1994 5.0 HUG0 pcm and harness to achieve MAF the truck is running great but when i try to drive i get a flashing OD light and it does not want to shift or it shifts erratically the truck has a E4od with a manual shift transfer case i checked wiring but i got nothing im so frustrated need heeelllllp 😬 TIA

Read the codes. You sure the PCM is for a E4OD and not a 4R70W?
