won't turn over
my Ford F150 starts but won't turn over. spark plugs good coils good. Changed and made a new Key in case it was a bad key. very puzzled this is been happening off and on now for a month just got it out of the shop for a #2coil replacement.
It happened right after I had the oil changed and tires rotated but that should have nothing to do with this right?

The expression "turn over" is best left to pastry chefs or accident reporting, it conveys NOTHING SPECIFIC when used in regards to an engine. It means whatever the OP thinks it means and often means something else to the reader.
Use the term "Cranks" (means the starter is rotating the crankshaft) or "Cranks but does not start/fire" when describing engine starting issues.
