07 f150 3v 156k cylinder 5 misfire turned to shaking and oil pressure drop along with stalled and wouldn't start. Now has 9 codes 2-6 cylinder misfire and bank 1 and 2 timing retardation sensors..? IM really annoyed at this point. So far worst truck Ive ever owned please help..

How many miles on the spark plugs?

What exact oil and filter have you been using, and how often do you change it?

It's possible you need to replace all the VCT timing components and oil pump.

 

Spark plugs were changed last summer so roughly 8k on them. Ford dealer told me every 10k for best bet. Only the motorcraft ones. I take it to shop for oil change to save time full synthetic high mileage. P0012,P0022, P0300, P0302, P03030, P0305, P0306, P0345, P0349 . Only had the P0305 when I left a catering job and than the rest after about 18 miles when it died.

 

10k? They should last at least 60k.

What WEIGHT oil and how often?

I think the front cover and valve covers have to come off and the timing components at least have to be examined. You have a mechanical issue, and I don't think it's going to be a simple fix.
