Does a 2006 F150 4.6L have a Fuel Pressure Regulator

No it does not. The fuel pump is controlled by the FPDM, which is on the crossmember above the spare tire. This is a common failure item, it corrodes from the back side.

Thank you for your reply.
My vehicle is a 2006 F-150 4.6L with 80,000 miles. I've used 5w-20 motorcraft oil since I bought it new. No leaks.
The reason I ask this question is because I am noticing poor fuel economy (12 city, 15 Hwy), brief puff of white/blue smoke on cold start and slight hesitation when accelerating from a stop; also a hardly noticeable rough idle. My coolant level is normal, never changed the plugs and I keep up with routine maintenance.
A mechanic friend of mine asked me to check the fuel pressure regulator but this truck does not have one. Is there a way to test the FPDM because his theory is that the engine is running rich and burning too much fuel.
I'd appreciate your opinion if you have a moment to reply.

Have a '06 F150 with the 4.6 as well. Truck starts and runs, but sometimes when low on fuel will not start after its been shut off. Let it sit for a while and it will start again. When it does this, it doesn't even try to start. All electrical seems to be working and gauges all work but it will not even turn over. The last time, I had just filled the tank, and the fuel gauge did not move once started, and slowly crept to the almost half way point as I drove it across town to the shop. Low Fuel indicator stayed on for an extended period as well before it went off. Possibly a FPDM issue? REALLY frustrating.
