F-150 Issues

Well I am starting to experience issues w/ my 2010 F-150 SuperCrew 5.4L V8 Truck, It only has 47K original miles only owner. I started experiencing an issue w/ the truck a couple days ago, it seems to be at low RPMs mainly from what I can tell is when it's idling & rolling slowly it will begin to shudder & shake & make a small clicking sound & this is randomly - so I can press the gas just slightly & it disappears & the rest of the ride is wonderful - smooth no hesitation or missing that I can fill. No CEL light is present.

So any advise would be appreciated & helpful in the journey to getting this resolved.

Sounds to me like your cam phasers are starting to go out or you have low oil pressure.

What's its oil change history? Have you been using the recommended Motorcraft 5W20 oil and a Motorcraft filter, changing it every 3k?

Yes, I change my oil as recommend & using Motorcraft quality products. & the oil pressure gauge shows normal. During the shuddering/shaking phase I notice the RPMs will fluctuate blow 500rpm to the point it wants to die, & actually had once. But fired right backup w/o hesitation.
