It depends on how you flashed it. You need a Ford dealer or a locksmith to do PATS programming.

so I went to go and dink around and the theft light for the pats system flashes 1:6 So what I found on it, is communication between the PATS and EECV is faulty. Where to go from here? It has to be electrical obviously but me and wiring are not the best team......
