crank no start

I have a 2006 ford f150 with 3 valve 5.4 triton . it will crank but wont start even with starting fluid wont hit at all. if I unhook the battery for an hour then hook it back up and crank it then it fires up for 1 second and dies then wont fire anymore. it has fuel but the fire shuts off . the security light proves out like it is supposed to and there is no codes. any suggestions?

Check all the connections on your spark plugs and ignition coils. Also, check the voltage on you battery. If neither of those fix it, I would check your starter and all the wiring on that.

I would also check the fuel pressure, FPDM, and fuel filter.
