5.4 No compression in cylinders 5,7 and 8 .
2006 Lincoln Navigator 180000 Kms. running rough, when warm wants to stall. Replaced plugs and coil packs on the 3 cylinders. then did a power band test. No compression on drivers side cylinders 5, 7 and 8. Mechanic feels cam phase problem. what should I do?

I would rebuild the engine if the truck is in good condition.

What exactly was the compression that was read?
