new COP did COP swap changed plug signal does not pulse when truck is running 05 expedition

 

Did you try moving the COP to another cylinder to verify the new one is good?

 

Yes i verified that multiple times ....My next victim is the ECM my stumble at this point is what ill call it ... Wasn't a misfire as i looked further into things i started to get the ole
CHECK THROTTLE code and it went down hill from there .... Its impossible the throttle body is brand new and works awesome on a buddy of mines truck when i switched it out with his to see what was up ...We will sure see in a few days when the new one arrives
