Denso makes the Motorcraft cops so they are fine to use. Motorcraft plugs only, though.

These where the plugs I found online I am going to some shopping around to find the best deal but are these the right plugs.

Motorcraft SP515, SP546

No, those are plugs for the 5.4 3 valve. You need SP-493.

Coils are Motorcraft DG-508 or Denso 6736000 (same thing, half the price).
