03 supercrew wont start, odometer dashes, dashboard problems

I have a 2003 f150 5.4 supercrew. Just recently i was driving home and the engine completely shut off. The dashboard and electrical system was still on, i attempted to start the truck but nothing. I let the truck sit a couple minutes and tried to start it but i noticed that the dashboard took extremely long for all the guages to come on, the odometer showed dashes and the theft light was blinking rapidly. But heres this, i got the engine replaced 3 months prior, paid 600 for new fuel system (brand new.) So i exed that off from the problem, replaced ignition switch, looked at different forums but they all say the same thing, pcm, crank sensor (replaced), cam sensor (replaced). Still nothing. Any ideas of what i should do? How much would it cost to take it to the dealership to get the truck reprogrammed, or do i just need the key chip reprogrammed.

In advance thank you for all the replies, im at a lost with truck but i dont want to sell..

Check the battery cables at both ends to make sure they are connected well and clean from corrosion. The cable at the starter could be loose. I've done that myself after changing the starter.
I assume when you say "nothing" , you mean the starter is not turning the engine at all?

Do not waste money messing with the keys, they will NOT cause your symptoms.

Either your computer or the cluster is not powering up properly, if at all, that's why the odometer is displaying all dashes.

Start by checking the PCM Power relay and the specific fuses that are needed to power the PCM and the cluster.
