4.6 Triton cranks but does not start. Fuel pump comes on, changed fuel filter, and fuel pump relay. Friend came by and we pulled a plug wire but did not get spark. He mentioned something about an Optic eye that reads the crank and sends information to fire to the computer. What is this and where do i find it?
