5.4l triton spark plug removal kit gone wrong.

2006 f150 5.4l triton. I started changing the plugs and broke 5 out of 8.

The first broken plug I try to get out I can't. I did get the porcelain out and hand tapped the plug shield.

I believe I tightened the remover into that hole I hand tapped way too tight.

After I put the remover assembly in it I didn't tighten the 24 mm nut to pull it out I tightened the 10 mm socket like into the plug shield and maybe mushroomed it and not allowing it to come out.

Everything is loose as far as I can turn everything but the whole assembly will not come out.

My next try is a pull hammer hoping it will come out. But if it don't I have no idea how to get it out otherwise.

Has anyone been in the same boat as me?
