I have a 06 Ford f150 with the 5.4, just changed out the plugs and COPs, codes for miss fires gone, but still surging with moderate acceleration. It seems to go away or reduced to almost nothing when I really step into it. No codes other than the P1000 from removing the ecm to change 3 and 4. I am a GM guy and not overly familiar with Ford trucks.
