Changed plugs and wires. Now truck starts, runs rough and stalls

Just changed out plugs and wires. Now truck starts. Runs rough. Then stalls. Checked firing order 10 times. Its correct. Checked all wires. All snapped on. Still nothing.
Any ideas what's wrong would be great.
Thanks.

I thought the 2002 4.6 used COP ignition, not coil packs and wires?

What brand parts did you use?

It ALWAYS helps to explicitly identify in your post what you're working on, especially when your screen name makes it ambiguous.

glc is correct, the 02 4.6L does NOT have plug wires.

Sorry about that. I apologize. I'm working on a 1990 f150. I just picked it up. Wanted to go a tune up on it. After all is done. It starts real rough and then dies at idle.

Check for vacuum leaks. Check the EGR system, a EGR valve stuck open can cause poor idle and stalls. Other things to look at are the TPS, IAC, and MAP sensor. Check the distributor cap and rotor. Check the ignition timing.

If the engine is original, it's 15426378. 13726548 is the HO firing order which was used in the 5.8 and Mustang 5.0. I believe the truck went HO in 1994.

I got it running. I was off on the firing order. Feel stupid. But glad I got my truck running. I appreciate all the help. Thanks a lot.
