2006 Ford F-150 skipping bad bud no knocking or smoking

Got this ford as a gift and trying to figure out what the problem could be I pulled all wires off coils and injectors on passenger side and truck runs the same skipping really bad

Pulling connectors off accomplishes nothing.
What did you hope to gain from doing that?
Describe the roughness when it happens.
All the time or just under certain conditions.
