2002 4.6L coolant leak from back of intake - PCV valve? (pics)

Hi folks, I have a coolant leak from the back of the intake manifold in what looks like a "heated" PCV valve (heated by coolant). It's connected to the intake manifold one side and a hose that leads to the passenger valve cover other side. And 2 coolant hoses left and right sides.

I've searched and searched and can't figure what this part is?? Or where to buy a new one? Ford dealership said it's part of the intake manifold? Surely not. It's leaking from a pin hole in the metal coolant hose elbow. It seems like the PCV valve is on the pass valve cover on this truck so I don't know what this is?

This is the closest I could find but this is for the 4.2 V6:

What's on my truck (leaking area circled in red):

That this point, I would by-pass this part and hook the two hoses together. I don't think it would cause you any problem with engine light etc... I wouldn't replace the manifold because of this part.

Could be the manifold is cracked. I've replaced a couple of those manifold. Plastic. they dont last the life of these engines..

Yes, heated throttle body, not actually the PCV valve, but it's the PCV port on the TB plenum

As mentioned it can easily and safely be bypassed, if you live in souther half of the US you might even see a drop in actual IAT temps too

4.6 has an aluminum intake manifold. You're thinking of the 5.4 (non 1999 5.4)
