So this is my first ford I have ever had always had a dodge so I got ford for the reliability. Anyways driving to work this morning and my truck felt like it was pulling back when I wpild.give it the gas, didn't pay much mind to it thought I might have a flat. So on my way home same problem again not sure what it is, and the check engine light on. I pUT a code tester on it and it was cylinder 1. Does anyone have any ideas what this could be. Kinda lost and don't know what to.do.
I would appreciate any help thanks.

 

What was the exact numerical code? How many miles are on it?

Most likely time for new spark plugs, possibly coils.

SXT is a Dodge, not a Ford.........
