Building up a 2010 f150 5.4 3v
 

Has anyone built their 3V 5.4l triton motor? If so can you let me know because I'm looking to build my motor. Any good suggestions on if I should do it or not and how well it was and how different it was. I'm open to suggestions and good parts I should look into and some parts I should stay away from.
