Question Motor Oil Survey ! What oil do you use !?!

Hey I am just wondering what kind of motor oil you use in your FORDs. Also have you used it in any previous vehicles. Just tell me some stuff

I have been using MOBIL 1 Synthetic but I am thinking about switching to Valvoline Durablend. Let me know ! Thanks !

Castrol 5W-30. I have used it in all of my trucks/cars. I test the used oil for trace metals ( wear ) and find castrol does the job for me.
After the break-in period the wear metals go to nothing.

Exclamation

I had Ford do it the first time. Now that I can find the filter I use Castrol 5W30, and an oil additive called tuffoil. It is also of major importance to use a quality oil filer.

Advance auto parts oil. .79 a quart. Got 120,000 miles out of a ranger with it before it was totalled. Their oil is the same as Havoline and Ford Motorcraft.
