2004 5.4 L multiple codes, will not run

My father just replaced his engine with a Jasper about 3 weeks ago while he here in NJ. Since the replacement engine was installed he has had an issue with the Intake manifold runner control (IMRC) stuck closed (Bank 1). We brought it back and it was fixed. The mechanic said that the actuator was stuck on a wire and was unable to open. The mechanic told me that there was a code for the fuel pump module (P01233).

My dad was unable to get it to the mechanic prior to going home (upstate NY) and now his truck will start but will not stay running. He had the truck towed to his local shop and the mechanic pulled the following codes: P0010, P0020,P0135,P0155, P0443, P0446, and one other i forgot. What confused me is that the fuel pump module code (P01233) didn't show up. I am no mechanic so I am trying to help my dad figure out what is going on and shed some light on this situation. It's quite frustrating, especially since he just paid a ton of $$ getting a new engine.

Thanks in advance!

P1233 is a FPDM code, and the FPDM has a history of corroding. I would replace it on general principle, it's about 60 bucks, easy to change (bolted to the rear axle housing) and the new modules come with a standoff kit to eliminate the corrosion issue.

GLC, thanks for your reply. It was ordered from NAPA this AM prior to posting. Should already be at the shop.

I just got word that the Fuel pump module was replaced and nothing has changed. The original module was corroded... but now I need to figure out what what is going on with the rest of the codes? My dads mechanic said that he should replace the computer... throwing money at this doesn't seem to be ideal. Please help!

Wow, that's no mechanic.... that's a parts hanger.

All of the current codes are circuit fault codes. The engine was just replaced. My bet would be a wiring harness was damaged during the engine R & R and either a wire was pulled so there's now an open circuit or a wire was pinched or chafed and fuse F32 is blown. Knowing the additional fault code(s) would be useful.

Have him check the RED/YELLOW wire circuit from CJB F32 for faults

As of last night the truck is back up and running. Thankfully the mechanic stayed late and tested the electrical system and found that when the Fuel Pump Module crapped out it took some fuses with it. Hopefully everything keeps running good. Thanks guys.
