P0345 and P0349 help!

I just replaced the timing chain guides and tentioners and now the code p0345 and p0349 come up and it is running rough, is it possiable that it is out of time by a tooth? i have replaced the sensor and also replaced the crankshaft position sensor as well and no change. also checked the pcm and all is good. does someone have an answer for me or suggestions? thank you. I did notice when I replaced the tensioner on the drivers side, it was extremely hard/tight to bolt in behind the chain guard. Should the chain have been that tight?

Yes, sounds like you may be off time.

Quick note: it also sounds like you didn't retract the tensioners. See video starting at the 6:12 mark.
