I just did my plugs and COP,s with no problems whatsoever. Started truck and it went into safe mode throwing p2100 throttle circuit open. Does anyone know if I could have pulled out a wire or connection somewhere by accident and where to start looking. I removed the pcm to get to plug #1 and hooked it back exactly the same. I did not disconect battery first though(stupid). could that be it? Please help me! Thanks

 

Yep !!! ALWAYS remove the NEG cable (at least) before even touching anything electrical. Try to unhook the cable for ten minutes (also turn the lights on to drain any residual current anywhere). Then try it again.....hopefully you will get lucky...

 

Thanks Sam. I'll try but not hopeful. Don't know what the heck to do.....And I was so happy when the plugs came out
