Exclamation Please help me identify what part is broken/disconnected under my hood!!!

I noticed my truck bogging and stuttering when i was within 1000 and 1300 revolutions, after research it seems to be a big problem with these V8 5.4 engines. I changed my fuel filter and no luck. after i had the engine codes ran, i had

P0316 - misfire
P1000 - cooling & heating control valve?
P1233 - ?
P1780 - ?
P1703 - ?

Most of these im not sure exactly what they mean in depth. Im also not sure if the tube that i found disconnected from a part under my hood has anything to do with this. If anyone can identify what piece this is under my hood thats disconnected in the pics below and if anyone could also help with how to fix the bogging/stuttering and what to do with these unknown engine codes. Thank you

The red circles show that these two ends used to be connected, but possibly due to the 115 degree weather out here rotted. not sure what it is though?

from what i understand...and i dont understand much, p1703 and p1780 are from incorrect test procedures and you should look past them.

p1233- look here

the misfire you have is under 1000rpms. is there another p03?? code?

and ignore p1000 - google it

hmm
Fix the broken line first...who cares what it is (i don't know :P) something to do with the fuel system

The p01000 is OBD readiness not complete which means you probably disconnected your battery recently and a drive cycle has not been completed.
P0316 is misfire in first 1000 revolutions. How many miles on the plugs and cop's?
the rest ... are out of my knowledge.

P1780 Trans Control Switch (O/D Cancel) Out of Self Test Range
P1703 Brake Switch Out Of Self Test Range

Plugs and COP's are all stock, comin up on 67,000. I pulled coil packs and they looked fine, replaced fuel filter and still no help. I was told the plugs may be the main issue with the engine stutter but just trying to get confirmation first. I dont want to hurt my engine by driving it.

@Stu - i didnt get another P03 code.
@Toyz - as for the part in the picture, i want to replace it, im just trying to figure out what exactly it is so i can start there. also wondering if that may have something to do with my problem.

I had no clue about the fuel pump driver module, so im going to go look right now to see if mine is corroded considering this seems to be yet another common and reoccurring problem in F150's. ill let you know what i find in a few

You have to physically remove the Driver Module in order to check the underneath for corrosion. If still look good, then put a corrosion preventive on the aluminum parts and use washers to space it off of the frame rail.

The part that you show where the vacuum line was connected is called the FRPT( Fuel Rail Pressure Temperature ) sensor. It measures the fuel rail pressure and temperature and use the vacuum connection as a pressure reference and sends these signals to the PCM. So yes you definately need to get this fixed. The truck will never run properly with this sensor broken. Looks like the vacuum connection nipple broke off. Replace the sensor and add a small hose clamp to the vacuum line when you replace it. This vacuum line goes to the rear of the intake and should have a T in the path that also goes to the break booster.

@Electron-Jack

Thank you so much for your help, now that i know what it is i will definitely get it fixed ASAP. Do you also think this could be the reason for the running issues of my truck?

I would assume so -

The truck will never run properly with this sensor broken
