I keep getting a P0430 Code coming up on my Edge. I never had this issue before, and I only notice an occasional rough idle. I did just have the entire engine block replaced in my 5.4L Scab. I was wondering if I should call the shop or if it is something to do with the Cat or O2 sensor and wouldn't involve the engine replacement.

Sounds like bad cat on bank 2. Might be worth taking to a shop to have your cats checked.

 

Just got this myself recently. It was the drivers side cat went out. Got it replaced under the 8 yr 80k mile emmissions warranty.

Good thing to, that one cat is $1k.
